HEY THERE
I'm Sherri, a Certified Transformational Coach, Teacher and Leader. I guide people from autopilot to intentional living — integrating mind, body, and heart so your life and wellbeing reflect what matters most.

Coaching with me isn’t advice or “shoulds.” It’s a powerful partnership and a confidential space to explore your inner and outer world without judgment. We work beneath the surface where real change happens.
I curate tools to meet you where you are, help you access your own resourcefulness, and create the breakthroughs that move you toward what you truly want. You’ll build the skills to navigate change and life — not just this moment.

Our work will stretch you, lovingly. We’ll shift what’s not working, make room for what does, and help you master your mindset so you can design a life that feels deeply satisfying and uniquely yours.

I'M ALL IN, AND I ASK THE SAME OF YOU.
Transformation happens through practice. Consistent action is how insight becomes embodied change.

With 18 years in personal development, I know fulfillment doesn’t come from forcing. It comes from gently revealing who you already are, so growth feels like flow, not strain. Suffering isn’t required. It’s time to break free from autopilot and become the change you’re craving.

I’m trained in the Mastery Method, a trauma‑informed, inside‑out approach that blends psychology, strategy, and science across five layers of human experience. It creates sustainable results that touch every area of life. No band‑aids. No artificial fixes. Just grounded, lasting transformation.

Together, we do the inner work that creates your beautiful outer world — so you feel more aligned, more alive, and fully in your power.

My vision is motivated by this famous quote:

Creativity + Fun!
PURPOSE + MISSION
My purpose is to coach, teach and mentor people who are seeking and ready to elevate their personal life.

My mission is to serve humanity and work with individuals to facilitate their transformation…

-
To wake people up to their passions and potential
-
To discover the fire in their belly and light in their heart
-
To find alignment within and shine their uniqueness, unabashedly, with pride and joy
-
To elevate their wellbeing and support them as they stand in their power
-
To love deeper, see clearer, and live better

To empower these people to become their healthiest, happiest, most authentic selves so they can feel good, do good and live a deeply satisfying life.

MY STORY
On August 1, 2007, I reached a breaking point—collapsed might be a better word. The clarity of that day remains with me, as it marked the beginning of my awakening. While driving home during rush hour, I tuned into the radio and heard news of the devastating 35W bridge collapse in Minneapolis. As each detail emerged from my speakers, my heart ached for those enduring the tragedy. The reports felt surreal, especially as I crossed the I94 bridge between Minnesota and Wisconsin. In that moment, an unsettling, quiet thought passed through my mind: “I wish I were on that bridge instead.”

This thought didn’t shout; it simply drifted through. Yet, it startled me awake. Instantly, I found myself debating with the thought—judging myself, feeling denial and shame. How could I even think that? I have the 'perfect' life: a dedicated husband, two wonderful children, a son and daughter, a lovely home, a nice car, friends, and family. By all appearances, I was living the American Dream. Why couldn’t I just feel grateful and happy? And what about the people truly on that bridge, terrified and fighting for their lives? My sympathy should be with them, not with myself.

Still, that original thought lingered, and I recognized it as my wake-up call—the voice of a deep inner longing for change. I did not want my life to end; I wanted an escape from the pain of the self-made prison I inhabited. I longed for genuine joy. My inner world was too depleted, too disconnected from my authentic self, to appreciate life’s richness.

For years, I had maintained an image of being fine—projecting confidence, convincing myself and others that I was “good,” selling the idea of a perfect life. I believed that if I just kept going, pretending all was well, everything would be okay. My husband, family, and closest friends had no idea of the disconnect and misery I felt inside, which only deepened my pain. I couldn’t be honest with those I loved most, fearing that vulnerability meant failure or being a burden. My inner programming taught me to please and perform to be loved, valued and accepted. I was praised for being the 'good girl' (which was never good enough, hello Virgo) and I continuously looked to the outer world for safety and security, ultimately abandoning my inner world as a result.

My foundation—my true self—had been eroding for far too long. Like the 35W bridge that collapsed on August 1, my own internal structure gave way. I couldn't keep pretending anymore. My sense of self lay in ruins, not standing strong as I wished others to believe. I felt disappointed, disconnected, and depressed by the internal tug-of-war within myself.
That night, as I lay in bed reflecting on these feelings, I made a promise to myself—a commitment to rediscover who I truly am, to come home to myself, and reclaim the light buried beneath my internal collapse. I had no idea how I would do it, but I knew why I must.
And so, I began the process of clearing the debris, step by step, slowly rebuilding my inner world. This journey truly began when I made a DECISION to change. I decided to attend a coaching course called The Power of Possibility. It was a three-day coaching experience and the start of my coaching path. In the beginning, I struggled to answer essential questions:

What do I want?
What do I need?
Who am I, authentically?
What are my values?
How do I find my joy?
But I kept at it, class by class, learning tools and techniques to help myself rise from the rubble and start rebuilding my life.

Over the past 18 years, I have come a long way, continually reinforcing the bridge between my inner and outer worlds. I have found the courage to face my truth, to share my story, and to dedicate myself to supporting others who suffer from limiting mindsets. Since that pivotal day, I have continued my inner work, and I know in my heart and soul my purpose is to help others do the same:
-
To find the keys to their self-imposed prisons and step into their power, passion, and potential—creating deeply satisfying lives for themselves.
-
To stop chasing happiness in the outside world and bravely explore their inner world, addressing the root of their suffering in order to heal and transform it from the inside out.
I am committed to helping others liberate and empower themselves for full expression in the world. When we create peace within, the internal tug-of-war ends, and suffering is healed.
